Is the Meet & Greet really free?

Yes. New clients receive a complimentary Meet & Greet so we can learn about your dog and determine which service may be the best fit.

Does every dog automatically join a pack?

No. Dogs being considered for pack walks begin with a private assessment so we can evaluate their walking style, comfort level, energy, and compatibility.

What if my dog doesn't like other dogs?

Private walks are available for dogs that are more comfortable receiving individual attention.

How large are your pack walks?

Groups are intentionally kept small and dogs are carefully matched.

Do you offer pickup and drop-off?

Pickup and drop-off may be available depending on the service and location.

Are you insured?

Yes. East Bay Pack Walks is fully insured and operates as a registered California LLC.

Do you work with rescue dogs?

Yes. EBPAWS is rescue-friendly and understands that rescue dogs can have different histories, personalities, routines, and comfort levels.

Are you a dog trainer?

EBPAWS provides professional dog walking and handling services, not certified dog training. We focus on safe handling, routine, exercise, enrichment, and reinforcing good walking habits.

Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, and select nearby East Bay communities.
